I picked up my two twitching reels for bottom bouncing, now I can work two rods with just a thumb on each to pick up line 7 inches at a time or drop to maintain contact with the bottom.  AWESOME.  I matched these to the new Shimano Volteous rods, their version of the ugly stick.  I can't wait to get them into action. 

I know several guys got some to test out too, but Marine General only ordered 2 boxes of them, and they are almost out and did run out last year.  So another limited item, because it's too new to see if people like them.  I like what I have and think it'll be great as a bouncing setup. 

That's my tackle and gear tip, no one can complain I didn't give away some of what I am up to this year.

Not too excited about the Volts. They make good crank rods, not sure about bouncing since they are too soft. I love the Shimano rods and deals on them, so check out the Claris it's a great deal for a lifetime warranty and they work.
